Welcome Mate.
If your looking to get into the largescale scene the first choice you have to make is if you want 2wd or 4wd.
If 2wd is your thing than a Baja would be a great start for a beginner.
Plenty of guys have them at the track so you will get lots of help/advice.
Baja's do take a while to master but they are great fun to drive 👍

My choice of 4wd would be a Losi 5ive T truck. These are pretty strong straight out of the box  and are easier to drive. Most of the SALS 4wd class are Losi's so there will be plenty of guys to help you set it up

Hi All

Thanks for welcome

fifty8 - I was already on the path & think you sold me on the Baja as a starting point.
Losi 5ive or similar once some experience under the belt

Time to go test driving!

Cheers
DB

Hi mate, hope to see up the club, its a great group of people, its competitive but also people will help you out. Dont wast your $ on a flash baja because as you go along you will upgrade parts. Take it easy Tom
